Now serving designers in the Dallas and Houston markets, Tufenkian's Dallas Showroom offers a full selection of handmade carpets from our Core Tibetan and Armenian lines. Woven from 100% virgin Tibetan and Armenian wool (with accents available in silk, hemp, and linen) in a variety of knot constructions, the carpets in the Dallas showroom reflect contemporary, transitional, and traditional patterns.
In addition to offering our Tibetan and Armenian Collections, the showroom also offers our Designers' Reserve Collection, a collaboration between James Tufenkian and renowned designers such as Barbara Barry, Kevin Walz, Vicente Wolf and Mark Pollack.
The Tufenkian Showroom's inviting environment and knowledgeable staff make it easy to select a carpet for immediate delivery or to design exclusive custom rugs for your clients. The Showroom offers a full range of contract, residential and hospitality services.
Our 2,800 square foot showroom is located at The International on Turtle Creek Boulevard. We are excited to serve the design communities of Dallas and Houston, and look forward to working with you.

Luis Araujo, Showroom Manger/Outside Sales Representative
Luis Araujo is Showroom Manager and Outside Sales Representative for the Dallas Showroom. Prior to joining Tufenkian, Luis worked as a design and product consultant for lighting and home accessories, gaining exceptional design and sales experience. In addition to lighting design, Luis also worked as the Showroom Manager for Granite Mountain Stone, which services residential and commercial needs for countertops, vanities, and fireplaces. Luis has over 12 years of sales management and marketing experience, has served as a board member for the ASID in Dallas, and is fluent in Spanish.
Veronica Guajardo, Operations Sales Support
Veronica graduated from Texas Women’s University in December 2005 with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Marketing. During college she volunteered with several local organizations such as DIFFA Dallas and the annual Jean Jacket Affair benefit. Upon graduation, she moved to San Antonio to continue a management career with Target. She managed several teams including Softlines, Price Accuracy, and Guest Experience for three years. Throughout her time at Target, she developed effective leadership skills and built strong teams, managed the execution of tasks, and consistently exceeded company goals. In March of 2008, she relocated to Dallas and was a store manager for Agaci in Arlington, Texas. All the while, she worked market weeks for Brad Hughes and Associates Showroom at the World Trade Center (Dallas) and fell in love with the wholesale/showroom atmosphere. Thus, she joined the Tufenkian team.
